WHAT IS THE LIGHT LAB?
Light Lab is a weekly spiritual laboratory where people explore consciousness —without dogma, religion, or shame.
It’s a place to learn, experiment, and develop your spiritual leadership skills through education, practice, and community.
AGENDA
4:40 - 5:20 Doors Open
Check in, meet our community members, get ready for an experience of connection, joy and conscious exploration.
5:30PM Intention Setting
We create a shame-free container focused on personal growth and spiritual exploration without judgement.
6:00PM Weekly Topic & Educational Talk
A speaker opens a taboo topic that will be explored throughout the evening. This can be about spiritual poverty, money traumas, or owning your shit.
6:30PM Interactive Conversations
We organize into small-groups called "labs" and we dissect the topic through conversation, question and dialogue. Here you will learn a lot from others and you'll be able to teach.
7:30 PM Reporting
Each group reports their findings on stage in order to share what spiritual insights they uncovered about the taboo topic.
8:00PM Closing Circle
We share gratitudes, set a prayer and close the circle. This is where members can connect, network and socialize.
WHAT HAPPENS HERE
Spiritual Education
Learn practical frameworks around prayer, purpose, possibility, and leadership. The focus is understanding how spiritual tools actually work so you can apply them in your real life, not just think about them.
Experimentation & Practice
This is a laboratory, not a lecture hall. You’ll be invited to test ideas, experiment with prayer, and explore your own connection with God in a way that is personal, honest, and free from dogma or religious rules.
Community Dialogue
Engage in small-group conversations where ideas are questioned, clarified, and pressure-tested. This is a no-performance environment built on curiosity, truth, and mutual respect.
Leadership & Contribution
Light Lab is also a platform for leadership. Members are encouraged to step forward using their skills—facilitation, insight, creativity, organization, or presence—to help shape the community and its experiences.

Everything happens inside a psychologically safe space. No judgment. No hierarchy. No required beliefs. Just real people learning, practicing, and growing together.
